Collection and Transportation
National Archives provides secure shredding consoles and locked collection bins that allow you to conveniently dispose of confidential documents at your location. Once containers are full, simply schedule a pickup or enroll in a recurring shredding program with weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly service. All materials are securely transported to our destruction facility.
Shredding and Destruction
Upon arrival at our facility, documents are destroyed using industrial-grade shredding equipment designed to ensure complete confidentiality. Following destruction, all shredded paper is responsibly recycled to support environmentally sustainable practices.
Certificate of Destruction
After your records have been securely destroyed, National Archives provides a Certificate of Destruction for your records. This certificate serves as documented proof that materials were destroyed in accordance with established security and compliance standards.
