Our shredding solutions offer a secure, cost-effective way to dispose of sensitive records while supporting compliance and information security requirements.
Documents are collected, transported, and destroyed through a secure chain of custody at our Garden City, NY facility. Following destruction, clients receive a Certificate of Destruction, and all shredded materials are recycled.

Based on the individual office or workplace, National Archives will work with you to set up a shredding schedule that works best for you. We will come on the set day or time of month you choose to empty your unit(s) to keep your shredding needs stress free!
Drop-off shredding
Our document management facility in Garden City, NY is always available for you to drop-off any amount of shredding during regular scheduled drop-off hours 7:30am - 3:00pm Mon-Fri. Drop off anything for secure destruction including e-waste (hdd, pc, devices, laptops + more).
purge/bulk shredding
Planning a major purge of stored boxes or documents? National Archives will deliver shredding bins to your location. Easily sort and prepare your records for shredding at your convenience. Fill the bins with paper and call us to schedule the pickup.

How it works:
We deliver secure shredding bins and/or shredding consoles to your location.
Instead of throwing paper in the garbage, you fill the bins and/or consoles with materials to be shredded.
Call us and we’ll come empty your bins / consoles and schedule regular maintenance weekly,
bi-weekly, or monthly.
All paper material contained within the bins / consoles is securely shredded.
We issue you a certificate of destruction for the material shredded.
All shredded paper is recycled.
